Hi there and welcome to Blue Lightning Pack Forums.
If you are joining Blue Lightning you will not be able to choose your rank, instead you'll have to move up the ranks from Omega, where you will start (unless you are my friend :3) off, unless you are a pup.

Once you have opened your topic you are free to talk about anything that is replyable for the next two weeks, until you are two weeks old (or your post is two weeks old) when it gets locked.

Our number one rule is to have fun! And make sure others do, too!

No spam, no illegal-talk (drugs), no swearing, no sex/rape, no adult-content, and no spite.
If you hate someones IC character, do not hate them OOC. If you hate someone OOC do not hate them IC.
